For large renovation or commercial projects, reaching out two to three months before your desired start date gives us enough time to design, estimate, and schedule the work properly. For smaller projects, four to six weeks is usually sufficient.
It helps to have a general idea of what you want to accomplish, any photos of the existing space, and a rough budget range you're comfortable with. But don't worry if you're early in the planning process — we're used to helping clients figure out the details.
Yes. We prepare all required drawings and handle the entire submission and approval process with the City of Calgary.
